9月22日，林州重机（002535）发布公告，公司的全资子公司北京中科林重科技有限公司拟为郭浩在华夏银行2000万元的贷款业务提供担保，期限一年。郭浩将对中科林重提供反担保。
郭浩为公司控股股东、实际控制人郭现生和韩录云之子，是公司关联方。
2025年中期，林州重机实现收入9.06亿元，归母净利润5054万元。
