格隆汇9月19日丨时代集团控股(01023.HK)公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止年度将录得公司拥有人应占亏损约1.7亿港元至1.9亿港元，而2024年同期则录得公司拥有人应占溢利约1.02亿港元。
这主要由于：1)预期将就投资物业录得非现金公平值重估减少介乎1.05亿港元至1.15亿港元；及2)终止Cole Haan业务所产生的一次性重大亏损。
