9月19日，五洲交通（600368）发布公告，控股股东广西交通投资集团有限公司已获得中信银行的贷款承诺函，贷款金额最高为1.53亿元，贷款期限不超过3年，贷款用途仅限于增持公司股份。
2025年中期，五洲交通实现收入8.13亿元，归母净利润3.16亿元。
