缅甸气象局（仰光分部）表示，由于孟加拉湾中东部的低气压可能增强西南季风，从9月21日至28日，缅甸全国可能迎来降雨。
缅甸各地的降雨情况中，部分地区可能出现局部暴雨、区域性大雨、雷暴、闪电以及强阵风天气。
此外，缅甸沿海地区和近海海域偶尔会遭遇强阵风，浪高可能从中浪升至大浪，地面和水面风速可达每小时35至40英里，浪高预计在8英尺至16英尺之间。
