本报迪拜9月18日电 (记者管克江)巴格达消息：当地时间9月15日，由中铁国际集团川铁公司承建的伊拉克巴格达尼苏尔立体交通枢纽项目全面竣工通车。伊拉克总理苏达尼、住建部部长雷卡尼等多位伊政府官员出席通车仪式。
