据澎湃新闻披露，近日，京东养车已向法院提起诉讼，起诉途虎养车不正当竞争，目前法院已经受理。
京东养车相关负责人表示：“确实有不正当竞争手段对京东养车造成了影响，因此我们向法院提起了诉讼。我们不仅是为了京东养车，更是希望通过法律途径维护用户的合法权益。”
