人民财讯9月17日电，汉仪股份(301270)9月17日晚间公告，公司控股股东谢立群及其一致行动人泰州汉仪天下投资中心、泰州汉之源企业管理咨询合伙企业计划以集中竞价或大宗交易方式合计减持公司股份不超过294万股，占剔除回购专用账户后公司总股本的3%。
