9月17日，太阳纸业（002078）发布公告，公司拟将董事会成员由7名董事调整为9名董事，新增1名职工代表董事和1名非独立董事。
2025年9月17日，公司召开职工代表大会，经过民主投票，罗士余当选为公司第九届董事会职工代表董事，任期自职工代表大会审议通过之日起至董事会任期届满。
2025年中期，太阳纸业实现收入191.13亿元，归母净利润17.80亿元。
