9月17日，三安光电董事长林志强在业绩会上表示，公司拟联合境外投资人收购Lumileds 100%股权，收购完成后，公司将与Lumileds形成产品互补，进一步提升公司在全球市场的知名度和竞争力。目前公司已选定致同会计师事务所为本次交易标的公司审计的审计机构，并已开展审计工作，预计将于2025年11月底前取得标的公司审计报告。（时代财经）
