人民财讯9月16日电，据气象部门预报，未来三天，四川、陕西、甘肃等地部分地区有强降雨过程。自然资源部地质灾害技术指导中心研判，四川中北部、陕西南部、甘肃南部等部分地区发生地质灾害的风险较高。根据《自然资源部地质灾害防御响应工作方案》，自然资源部于9月16日10时启动地质灾害防御IV级响应。
