上合·天津 ｜英华国际教育交流专刊第三期·上合特别版（4月-8月）

8月31日-9月1日，2025年上海合作组织峰会在天津隆重举行，这是中国第五次主办上合峰会，也是自该组织成立以来规模最大、影响最深远的一次国际盛会。

英华国际教育交流专刊第三期·上合特别版，我们与国运同频共振，通过密切的教育合作，让学生走近上合，让上合走进课堂。此前，英华与上合组织成员国乌兹别克斯坦总统教育机构署合作筹建“总统中文学校”，并连续举办两届英华“中乌友谊班”；受邀拜会上合组织观察员国蒙古国第一副总理、教育部发展规划司司长，围绕一带一路基础教育合作开展座谈；赴上合组织对话伙伴国尼泊尔，参加中尼青少年文化教育双边交流系列活动……获得了新华社、中国日报、中国国际电视台（CGTN）、尼泊尔国家电视台（NTV）等国内外主流媒体的广泛关注与报道。

Governor of Surkhandarya Region of Uzbekistan and Head of the Cooperation with China under the Cabinet of Ministers, led a government delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan to Yinghua for an inspection and exchange visit.

8月，乌兹别克斯坦共和国苏尔汉河州州长乌鲁格别克·卡西莫夫先生、乌兹别克斯坦内阁对华事务合作署署长依赫提亚尔·尼亚孜穆拉多夫先生等一行领导在区委办、区教育局相关领导陪同下赴英华考察，并就在乌兹别克总统学校体系内试点中文融合课程、开设公办“总统中文特色学校”等合作展开深入研讨。

Governor Ulugbek Kasimov of Surkhandarya Region of Uzbekistan, accompanied by Mr. NIYAZMURADOV Ikhtiyar Bakhtiyorovich, Director of the Cabinet’s Department for Cooperation with China of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and other officials, visited Yinghua under the escort of leaders from the Wuqing District government. They conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation initiatives, including piloting Chinese-integrated courses within Uzbekistan’s presidential school system and establishing public “Presidential Chinese Specialised Schools.”

4月，乌兹别克斯坦总统教育机构署（ASEI）代表团访问英华，围绕“一带一路”国际教育合作等相关议题，与武清区委副书记、区长许颖悟等区领导以及我校相关负责人展开深入座谈。考察期间，时任署长Alisher Tairovich Ubbiev与英华正式签署教育合作战略协议，我校成为“总统中文特色学校”建设计划的重要战略合作伙伴。

A delegation from ASEI of Uzbekistan visited Yinghua and held in-depth discussions with Xu Yingwu, Deputy Secretary of the Wuqing District Committee and District Mayor, as well as relevant officials of our school, focusing on international educational cooperation under the “Belt and Road Initiative.” During the visit, ASEI formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yinghua, designating our school as a key strategic partner in the “Presidential Chinese Specialised School” construction project.

At the personal written invitation of Ms. Khilola Umarova, Deputy Director of the Uzbekistan Presidential Administration (then Minister of Education), the Yinghua "Digital Girls" teacher-student delegation traveled to Tashkent to participate in the multinational youth cross-cultural exchange event, and was cordially received by Ms. Saida Mirziyoyeva, Director of the Uzbekistan Presidential Administration, and Ms. Khilola Umarova, Deputy Director (then Minister of Education).

8月，在乌兹别克斯坦教育部及总统教育机构署（ASEI）的支持下，12名来自乌兹别克斯坦8个州的总统学校优秀学子，组成第二届“英华中乌友谊班”，赴英华参加国际高中夏令营短期交流，通过与中国学生的结识、对话，共同参与国际课程、中文研习、非遗体验、模拟商赛等活动，通过京津城市研学感知中华文化与中国式现代化。

In August, with the support of the Ministry of Education of Uzbekistan and ASEI, 12 outstanding students selected from Uzbekistan’s presidential schools formed the second “Yinghua China-Uzbekistan Friendship Class” and joined Yinghua for a short-term international high school summer camp. Through interactions with Chinese students, they studied Chinese and experienced Chinese culture.

The first Yinghua "China-Nepal Friendship Class" launched a series of bilateral cultural and educational exchange activities between students from both countries, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Nepal.

我校在中国驻尼泊尔大使馆的支持下，携手尼泊尔Phoenix Inspiration创办首届英华“中尼友谊班”，并策划“携手七十载，友谊万里长”——庆祝中尼建交70周年活动暨英华中尼青少年文化教育双边交流系列活动。

With the support of the Chinese Embassy in Nepal, Yinghua collaborated with Nepal’s Phoenix Inspiration to launch the first “China-Nepal Friendship Class” and organized the series of events themed “Hand in Hand for Seventy Years, Friendship Across Ten Thousand Miles” — Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of China-Nepal Diplomatic Relations and Sino-Nepalese Youth Cultural and Educational Exchange. Student representatives from the “China-Nepal Friendship Class” were invited to participate in the “2025 China-Nepal Cultural Summit” in Kathmandu, Nepalese Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song. were were present the activity.

阿联酋中文教学“百校项目”项目主管法蒂玛·巴斯塔基（Fatma Al Bastaki）一行莅临英华并举行座谈，双方围绕学生交换、双向研学、联合教研、教育创新及中文教学等议题交换观点，并达成通过多元化校际合作，为学生提供更丰富的国际学习机会，促进语言与文化的融合发展的共识。

Ms. Fatma Al Bastaki, Director of the “Hundred-School Chinese Teaching Program” in the United Arab Emirates, visited Yinghua along with her delegation for a campus visit and a dialogue on educational collaboration. During the meeting, both sides held in-depth discussions on potential areas of collaboration, including student exchanges, two-way study tours, joint teaching initiatives, educational innovation, and Chinese language teaching. Both sides shared the belief that diverse forms of interschool cooperation can provide students with broader international learning opportunities and help foster both language acquisition and cross-cultural understanding.

第四届英华“中保友谊班”圆满举行，持续深化英华中保基础教育合作通道

The 4th Yinghua "China-Bulgaria Friendship Class" was successfully held, setting a new benchmark for China-Europe educational cooperation.

盛夏，来自英华“一带一路”教育共同体成员校的30余位英华“中保友谊班”国际学生走进英华，开展短期学习交流，并参加2025英华国际青少年中文夏令营，通过中文学习、非遗项目体验、京津冀名胜古迹游学等方式，提升汉语水平、了解中国文化；

截至目前，英华已举办四届“中保友谊班”，积极构建与保加利亚基础教育学校的双边合作交流渠道，获得保加利亚各级政府、教育领域专家学者及师生家长的高度关注与积极评价。第五届中保友谊班即将于新学期开班。

In the height of summer, more than 30 international students from Yinghua's "Belt and Road" Education Community member schools participated in the 4th Yinghua "China-Bulgaria Friendship Class." They came to Yinghua for short-term study exchanges and took part in the 2025 Yinghua International Chinese Summer Camp.

So far, Yinghua has held four sessions of the "China-Bulgaria Friendship Class," actively building bilateral cooperation and exchange channels with primary and secondary schools in Bulgaria. This initiative has garnered significant attention and positive feedback from the Bulgarian government at all levels, education experts, scholars, as well as students and their parents. The fifth session of the China-Bulgaria Friendship Class is set to begin in the upcoming school term.

The 2025 Yinghua International Youth Chinese Summer Camp was successfully held, with over 210 teachers and students from eight countries participating in study programs at Yinghua. Through dialogues and visits to cultural landmarks, they gained insights into "Chinese modernization."

The 2025 Yinghua International Youth Chinese Summer Camp was successfully held, attracting over 210 international teachers and students from 8 countries, including Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Bulgaria, Nepal, Portugal, and Azerbaijan. Through immersive Chinese language learning, intangible cultural heritage experiences, and city exploration activities, participants embarked on a research journey to explore “Chinese-style modernization,” fostering a “youth perspective on China and global understanding.”

"British Poems, Cambridge Dreams" Youth Elite Humanities Academic Camp offered an academic research experience at top universities and opportunities to interact with outstanding global youth. Yinghua students studied in century-old classrooms at the University of Cambridge, engaging in academic exchanges with peers worldwide. They communicated face-to-face with top professors from G5 institutions such as Cambridge, Imperial College London, and UCL, inspiring scientific spirit and humanistic care through intellectual dialogue. Visits to cultural landmarks like the British Museum, Buckingham Palace, and Windsor Castle, guided by expert mentors, expanded their knowledge and fostered global perspective, cross-cultural communication, and teamwork skills.

In Germany and France, middle school students from Yinghua engaged in experience-driven learning through cultural field visits. They explored landmarks such as the Munich Residenz, Deutsches Museum, Notre-Dame de Paris, and the Louvre, experiencing order in industrial civilization, aesthetics in art palaces, human nature through historical scars, and independence, decision-making, and planning in financial literacy workshops. This interdisciplinary experience of science and art created a cross-temporal resonance between historical depth and modern cognition.

In Tokyo, Japan, Yinghua students visited top institutions including the University of Tokyo, Tokyo University of the Arts, and Musashino Art University. They interacted with professors from Tokyo University of the Arts and lacquer art masters, participated in anime hand-drawing workshops, delved into Tokyo’s anime culture core, and visited renowned companies like Bandai Namco and Sanrio. By experiencing cutting-edge academic and artistic education concepts, they awakened their aesthetic instincts through the symbiosis and collision of academic rigor and artistic imagination.
