智通财经APP获悉，里昂发布研报称，金蝶国际(00268)旗下弘金投资6,825万人民币增持云之家62.764%。收购完成后，云之家将成为金蝶的附属公司。云之家原为金蝶所有，金蝶已于2016年将其出售。报告指，金蝶认为收购云之家的好处包括，统一的AI门户网站深化金蝶的AI优先策略;强化其SaaS生态系统和订阅优先策略，并协同为金蝶客户提供全套产品。
