格隆汇9月16日｜Robinhood宣布，已向美国证监会(SEC)提交初步注册声明，计划推出封闭式基金Robinhood Ventures Fund I，为美国散户提供投资私人公司的渠道。Robinhood称，过往散户难以参与私人企业的高增长机会，相关市场主要由富裕人士及机构垄断。该基金将投资于具行业前沿性的私企组合，并在获美国证监会批准后，以代号RVI于纽约证交所上市，届时散户可通过Robinhood及其他券商买卖。
