9月14日傍晚，薛女士一行人从河南开车前往安徽，晚上10点左右下高速时，车载ETC设备播报扣费34784.38元，薛女士当场惊呆，被吓得尖叫起来，“3万多？咋回事儿？”
薛女士告诉记者，收费站显示扣费260元，感觉有点懵。
事后，薛女士联系ETC客服，当时对方也查不到这笔费用，“今天扣费才显示，扣费是正常的，虚惊一场，但也比较吓人。”
