商络电子(300975)9月15日晚间公告，全资子公司畅赢控股拟通过直接和间接方式收购广州立功科技股份有限公司共计88.79%股权，实现对其实际控制。本次交易对价为7.09亿元；交易对价调整上限不超过1.33亿元。本次交易资金来源于公司自有资金及外部融资，计划通过发行可转换公司债券筹集7亿元用于支付部分收购款项。
