《科创板日报》15日讯，灿瑞科技(688061.SH)公告称，公司拟以不低于2000万元且不超过4000万元回购公司股份，回购价格不超过52.46元/股。回购资金来源为自有资金和不超过3600万元的专项贷款。回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励。
