上海医药9月15日公告，公司控股股东上海实业（集团）有限公司计划在未来12个月内，由其全资子公司上实国际投资有限公司通过香港联交所系统以集中竞价方式增持公司H股股份，增持股份总量5500万股至7400万股，不超过公司有投票权股份数的2%。
