我买的羊大师麦香羊奶，没开封放冰箱冷藏，保质期一般 5 到 7 天，包装上会标具体日期。要是常温放，时间就短了，大概 1 天内得喝完。开了之后不管咋放，都得尽快喝，不然容易变味，我每次开了都会当天喝完。
