9月8日-9月14日，北京市住宅整体市场成交3764套，商品住宅成交456套，成交总面积达5.1万㎡，成交总金额31.46亿元。其中，中海丽金府以12套、0.19万㎡、2.13亿元的网签成绩，成为全市新房网签金额冠军。该项目为中海高端的产品系“藏锋系”第六个项目，共规划13栋住宅楼，8-26层洋房+小高+高层，南低北高布局，总户数约1060套，均价约11.41万元/㎡。
