格隆汇9月15日丨祖龙娱乐(09990.HK)公布，2025年9月12日，公司的全资附属公司Archosaur Entertainment通过瑞银新加坡认购且于本公告日期仍未到期的该等理财产品合计投资总额2420万美元。其中，(i)2024年7月2日，ArchosaurEntertainment通过瑞银新加坡认购本金为660万美元的24个月美元股票挂钩双赢本金返还票据(24-Month USD Equity Linked Twinwin Capital ReturnNotes)；以及(ii)2025年9月12日，Archosaur Entertainment通过瑞银新加坡分别认购本金为1260万美元的债券挂钩票据(Bond Linked Notes)及本金为500万美元的3年期首年不可赎回美元计价可赎回区间计息票据(3yNC1y USDdenominated Callable Range Accrual Notes)。
