据央视新闻消息，乌克兰武装部队总参谋部9月14日通过社交媒体发布消息称，11日晚，乌克兰海军在克里米亚袭击了俄罗斯黑海舰队的通信枢纽——即塞瓦斯托波尔第184科学实验研究基地。
