据悉，汕头市潮南区陇田康裕药店未从药品上市许可持有人或者具有药品生产、经营资格的企业购进药品和未按规定记录购进药品，违反相关规定，被汕头市潮南区市场监督管理局处以：1、警告；2、没收违法所得192元；3、处罚款75000元，合计罚没款75192元上缴国库。
