处方：丹参30g，怀牛膝10g。
此方活血化瘀、下行止痛。治疗足跟痛。
主症：
两足跟按之痛甚，初触地行走时痛甚，行走后反渐觉痛减。脉沉弦涩。舌质偏暗或有瘀点。
病例
刘某，女，53岁，河北中医学院副主任护师。1989年9月2日初诊。
患者足跟痛已半年，西医诊为“骨刺”，嘱其进行理疗。我得知后，细询病情，知症状如上所述。遂予上方3剂。诉服1剂后，痛即减轻，3剂后痛已减半。继服5剂，病痛若失。
