智通财经APP讯，东江集团控股(02283)发布公告，有关公司全资子公司CÔNG TY TNHH TK PRECISION TECHNOLOGY HỒNG KÔNG VIỆT NAM(东江精密科技香港(越南)有限公司)拟收购位于越南海阳省Phuc Dien Extended Industrial Park的一幅土地的土地使用权。
由于越南与集团在世界各国合作伙伴之间的关税形势影响，导致集团业务方向发生变化，故集团决定终止意向书。2025年8月20日，双方签订终止协议，正式终止意向书。
