9月12日，根据山东证监局发布的公告，国瓷材料（300285）及副总经理兼董事会秘书许少梅被采取责令改正的行政监管措施。
国瓷材料存在部分股东大会审议相关关联交易议案时，关联股东未回避表决和部分股东大会的计票人、监票人缺少律师和股东代表，个别审议事项由关联股东担任计票人的违规行为。
