9月12日，赛微微电(688325.SH)公告称，公司持股5%以上股东武岳峰投资及其一致行动人北京亦合、上海岭观拟协议转让公司无限售流通股1464.39万股（占上市公司总股本的17.00033%）给朋邦实业、正芯投资，转让价格为46.032元/股，相应转让价款合计为6.74亿元。此次协议转让完成后，朋邦实业和正芯投资将分别直接持有赛微微电11.50033%和5.5%的股份。
