9月11日晚间，禾赛在港交所公告，国际发售与香港公开发售的最终发售价均已确定为每股发售股份212.80港元。本公司参照每股美国存托股份于2025年9月10日（本公告日期前的最后交易日）于纳斯达克的收市价等因素厘定发售价。待联交所批准后，B类普通股预期将于2025年9月16日在联交所主板以股份代号“2525”开始交易。
