人民财讯9月11日电，百奥泰(688177)9月11日晚间公告，此前公告，公司与IntasPharmaceuticals Ltd.（以下简称“Intas”）签署授权许可与商业化协议，将公司的BAT2506（戈利木单抗）注射液在美国市场的独占的产品商业化权益有偿许可给Intas。公司于近日收到Intas支付的540万美元里程碑付款（已扣除60万美元为扣缴企业所得税，实际到账金额需扣除银行手续费），共计人民币3835.84万元。
