2025年9月11日7时55分早高峰时段，大雨不断，南三环东三环向东200米处一辆正在行驶的机动车司机突感到身体不适，打开车门晕倒在路上，恰遇正在辖区巡逻的二大队民警，民警立即上前救助，随后协同救护人员将患者报道救护车上，并对周边交通疏导保障安全畅通。
