9月9日，湖城龙泉街道西白鱼潭社区，居民在申领育儿补贴。从9月8日开始，育儿补贴申领全面开放，民众可通过支付宝、微信和各省政务服务平台线上申领，也可到婴幼儿户籍地的乡镇政府、街道办事处现场申领。育儿补贴按年发放，现阶段国家基础标准为每孩每年3600元。
