【财华社讯】科轩动力控股(00476.HK)公布，由于认购协议所载先决条件已达成，故已于2025年9月10日根据认购协议的条款及条件完成。6000万股认购股份(占经配发及发行认购股份扩大后公司已发行股本约20.91%)已按认购价每股认购股份0.45港元配发及发行予认购人。认购事项所得款项净额约为2680万港元。
