财联社9月10日电，黄河宁夏段河道治理主体工程9月10日全面完工。该工程是国家《“十四五”水安全保障规划》的重大防洪工程，也是黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区建设的“头号工程”。工程建成后，河道河势将得以有效控制，防洪体系进一步完善。
