据看看新闻，近日，市民马女士反馈称，她在家附近扫了一辆滴滴青桔单车，骑了没几分钟突然车轮就被锁住了，导致她直接从车上摔下来，右腿三处骨折，两腿软组织挫伤，差点需要做手术，现在至少要休养一个月。 事后，马女士联系了共享单车运营方，对方回复称，后台没有记录显示自动落锁的信息，可能是链条故障所致。
