财联社9月9日电，据国是直通车援引美国合众国际社8日报道，美财政部当天宣布制裁东南亚诈骗集团，报道说，美方锁定9家位于缅甸的诈骗中心以及来自柬埔寨的4名个人、6家单位。美政府统计显示，美国民众去年遭遇电诈，损失超过100亿美元。
