9月9日，中铁装配（300374）发布公告，公司高级管理人员王中伟因工作变动原因申请辞去副总经理、总经济师职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。王中伟的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，原定任期为自2025年6月9日至第五届董事会届满之日。
2025年中期，中铁装配实现收入8.71亿元，归母净利润-3697万元。
