人民财讯9月9日电，上交所官网显示，中国证监会国际合作司（港澳台事务办公室）司长霍瑞戎已履新上海证券交易所副理事长。公开资料显示，在履职证监会之前，霍瑞戎还曾担任上海证监局副局长、上海期货交易所副总经理、上海证监局副局长、中国期货市场监控中心总经理、中国金融期货交易所总经理等职。
