莫高股份9月9日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司副总经理金宝山的书面辞职报告，金宝山因工作调动申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞职后金宝山不再担任公司任何职务。金宝山辞去公司副总经理职务的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
