9月9日，中国机电商会会同承包、纺织、轻工、食土、五矿、医保等商会，首次联合发布重点行业中国企业对外投资活跃度指数（对外投资指数）。1-6月，我国企业对外投资指数为142，处于高度活跃水平，其中意愿指数为149，高度活跃，实际指数137，较高活跃。6月，我国企业对外投资指数为140，处于高度活跃水平，同比上涨5.3%。
