从8日起，黄河水利委员会联合调度三门峡、小浪底等水库实施汛期调水调沙，历时一周左右。期间，将根据水库来水及排沙情况实时调整各水库的下泄流量。
据介绍，今年华西秋雨提前开启，9月以来，黄河部分支流降水偏多，出现明显涨水过程。
