新京报贝壳财经讯 9月8日，*ST惠程公告，公司股票自2025年9月9日起撤销其他风险警示，但继续被实施退市风险警示，公司股票简称仍为“*ST惠程”，日涨跌幅限制仍为5%。公司2024年度经审计的期末归母净资产为负数、扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为负数且扣除后的营业收入低于3亿元，因此自2025年4月30日起被实施退市风险警示。此次撤销其他风险警示已获深圳证券交易所核准。
