专注于卫星通讯和互联网服务的美国电信公司回声星（EchoStar）9月8日宣布与SpaceX达成最终协议，将以约170亿美元的价格出售其AWS-4和H频段频谱许可证，其中包括最高85亿美元现金和最高85亿美元的SpaceX股票（以最终协议签订时的价值计算）。此外最终协议还规定，SpaceX将支付回声星债务的总计约20亿美元现金利息，直至2027年11月。
