人民财讯9月8日电，线上线下(300959)9月8日晚间公告，汪坤、门庆娟、无锡峻茂向深蕾科技协议转让公司股份事项已取得深圳证券交易所出具的确认意见，并已在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司办理过户登记手续，取得了《证券过户登记确认书》。至此，公司控股股东变更为深蕾科技，实际控制人变更为夏军、李蔚。
