格隆汇9月5日丨步长制药(603858.SH)公布，公司拟以0.6875万元人民币将所持有的步长传方0.50%股权转让给何涛。赵路拟将其持有的步长传方3.00%股权分别转让：其中1.00%股权以1.375万元转让给谢继辉，0.50%股权以0.6875万元转让给徐宝、0.50%股权以0.6875万元转让给高格艳、0.50%股权以0.6875万元转让给陈美寿，0.50%股权以0.6875万元转让给何倩，公司同意放弃该股权转让的优先受让权。股权转让完成后，公司持有步长传方92.5%股权比例。
