“三中案”二审今开庭，马英九亲自出庭。马英九被诬陷贱卖“中影、中视、中广”及国民党旧中央党部的“三中案”，一审台北地方法院判决马英九等5人无罪。
案件上诉至二审，台高等法院今天（5日）开庭审理，传唤马英九等人出庭。台高院先前开庭，马英九皆委由律师到庭，此次开庭为首次亲自到庭。进入法庭前，马英九全程笑脸面对媒体，看起来心情尚可。
