北京商报讯（记者王寅浩李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，9月4日北京新房网签288套，网签面积29750.52平方米，其中住宅网签68套，网签面积8830.78平方米；二手房网签576套，网签面积48983.7平方米，其中住宅网签497套，网签面积44927.69平方米。
