当地时间9月3日，白宫已将世界贸易组织从上周宣布的49亿美元对外援助削减名单中移除。上周五，白宫曾点名称，美国对世贸组织的2900万美元资助违背特朗普总统的“美国优先”方针。但在3日更新版的白宫对外援助削减名单中，世界贸易组织已不再出现。知情人士称，这笔资金将不会被削减。
