中证报中证网讯（王珞）燕东微9月3日公告，公司持股11.83%的股东亦庄国投拟通过集中竞价或大宗交易的方式减持，将于该减持计划披露之日起15个交易日之后的三个月内减持公司股份不超过1427.62万股，不超过公司总股本比例1%。
亦庄国投上述股份来源为公司首次公开发行股票并上市前取得。
