昨天中午，在嘉兴经开区花园路停车场，新能源车充电区停满了正在充电的车辆。每天11点至13点，正是白天新能源车充电最便宜的时间段，充电枪可谓一枪难求。幸好该区域以快充为主，通常电池充电半小时左右就能满足车主的基本需求。
