吴说获悉，据路透社，Ether Machine 宣布完成价值 6.54 亿美元的以太坊私募融资，由以太坊早期支持者 Jeffrey Berns 出资 15 万枚 ETH，并将加入公司董事会。公司预计将在下季度以超过 49.5 万枚 ETH（当前价值约 21 亿美元）的资产规模在纳斯达克上市，同时由花旗银行牵头，启动新一轮至少 5 亿美元的融资。Ether Machine 由 Ether Reserve 与空壳公司 Dynamix Corporation 合并而成，原计划融资超过 16 亿美元。
