2025年秋季开学前夕，茂名市电白区多所中小学迎来人事变动。近日，茂名市电白区人力资源和社会保障局发布通知，宣布南海中学、麻岗中学等多个学校人员任职名单。具体如下：
李宏明任电白区南海中学校长（试用期一年）；
蔡春宝任电白区第五中学校长（试用期一年）；
曾宪法任电白区麻岗中学校长（试用期一年）；
谭科任电白区电海中学副校长（试用期一年）；
李欣欣任电白区第一小学校长（试用期一年）；
杨鼎芳任电白区教师发展中心副主任（试用期一年）。
